Our Planning Process
Clarity - Structure - Confidence
Uniquely positioned as an experienced multi-generational team, we combine our collective education and financial expertise to make life's transitions simple for you.
We start by offering a process. We start in the discovery phase and find out what matters most to you and your family. We ask you to share information with us and also ask you to take an approach similar to cleaning out your garage. We get it all out on the driveway including old 401ks, forgotten bank IRAs, college savings plans, insurance policies, annuities, brokerage statements along with assets and liabilities. We look at cash flow, income budgeting, as well as current portfolio asset allocation to address your overall financial situation. This first step we call clarity. We help you prioritize your goals and then hang everything back up in the garage in an orderly fashion. This second step we call structure. As things change in the garage: i.e. tricycles become bikes, bikes become cars, cars leave home, etc., we monitor and adjust the plan when needed. This provides the confidence needed to stay the course and make progress toward your ultimate financial goals.
Kathy Carey, Baird’s Director of Investment Research and Advanced Planning, shares Baird’s unique approach to wealth management, including the advanced planning, investment consulting and client service essentials to meeting your financial goals.
